Did you know that King’s books has been released in 54 different languages? Well they have and I actually have one in each language. BUT, there might still be more languages out there that has books translated. After all back in 2009 there were 6,909 distinct languages spoken on earth. So, take a look at the list of books here and let me know if you know of any other language that there are King books translated into.
Can you see something different in Pennywise? I would guess so. This is Tatum Lee who plays Judith, one of Pennywise’s creations in IT. Rumor says she’ll be horrifying!
Here are some beautiful photos of the IT house (the one on 29 Neibolt Street) taken by Paul Mitchell. Word is that the house will come down tomorrow so if you want to have a look at it you should go there today.
Here is a clip of The Loser's Club riding their bikes on the set of IT.

Mike Hanlon - Chosen Jacobs
Ben Hanscom - Jeremy Ray Taylor
Stanley Uris - Wyatt Oleff

After getting the first photo of Leper yesterday Amy Wilson went back to the set of IT and returned with even more photos from the filming. This time it was of “The Loser’s Club”.
The Loser’s Club…oh, no it’s their stand-ins…
Here we have The Loser’s Club
Mike
Bill
Richie
Silver
The back of the chairs each of the Loser's Club had with their characters' names on them
I don’t know about you but I think this looks very promising. No sign on Pennywise on the set yet but we have more photos comic so check back often!
Here is a little reminder where you can follow Lilja’s Library – The World of Stephen King for the latest King news. A lot is happening and you don’t want to miss out…trust me.
Amy Wilson has been back on the set of IT and returned with a lot of interesting photos. Unfortunately she couldn't get too close, but with a zoom lens she was able to snap a few photos of IT as the Leper and (what looks like) a young Eddie going up to the house on Neibolt Street!
Here is the Leper...before he's too monstrous sitting on the ground.
And here in makeup...
Eddie going up to the house.
Here they're raising a yellow and white checkered backdrop...
It’s with pride I can tell you that The Stephen King Podcast has now been downloaded over 100,000 times. Since we started back in 2012 Lou and I have done 62 episodes that have now been downloaded 100,000 times.
For that we both want to thank you!
If you haven’t listen to all the episodes you can find them here.
Here you can listen to Stephen Lang reading Batman and Robin Have an Altercation as well as an interview with Stu Tinker.
In this episode actor Stephen Lang reads, “Batman and Robin Have an Altercation”, a -shall we say- intense story about family, love, and dying by Stephen King (yes, THAT Stephen King, need we say more?). Host Aparna Nancherla talks to Stu Tinker, a Stephen King superfan from King’s hometown of Bangor, Maine (get ready for that accent!). For nearly 20 years he’s been giving tours the spots that have inspired so many of author’s stories.
First footage from The Dark Tower will be shown at Entertainment Weekly's POPFEST.
Entertainment Weekly is proud to present POPFEST – the ultimate pop culture event of the year!
From October 29-30, 2016, The Reef in Downtown LA will come to life with our first-ever festival showcasing the biggest names and most exciting acts in entertainment – including a very special screening of the very first footage from the film adaptation of Stephen King’s The Dark Tower.
I just want to remind everyone about the contest where you can win a signed King book. What you have to do is send in a photo of you with some specific King books. One photo of you and “Mr Mercedes”, one with you and “Finders Keepers”, one with you and “End of Watch”, one with you and “The Bazaar of Bad Dreams”, one with you and “Revival” and one with you and something connected to Lilja’s Library. You can read all about the contest here .
A lot of you have sent in just a few photos but not all six and I’d hate to see you lose out on this contest because you’re missing one photo. Imagine being one photo away from a signed King book? Scary I know. And based on the number of photos in each section a lot of you might be in this position. So, make sure you send in all six photos and then keep your fingers crossed.
Mr Mercedes = 289 photos
Revival = 135 photos
Finders Keepers = 88 photos
Lilja’s Library = 67 photos
The Bazaar of Bad Dreams = 65 photos
End of Watch = 60 photos
Director Andy Muschietti posted this first official look at Richie Tozier on his Instagram. If this is going to be in the movie or just done for fun remains to bee seen...
Here are a few more photos from the set of IT by Amy Wilson. That house is looking really scary now. The house next door has some boards up (though they need to edit out their solar panels), there are old cars all over the Place and if there was any doubt left that it was the house on Neibolt Street, the 29 on the rusty gate puts that to rest.
On October 18, 2016 the paperback edition of The Bazaar of Bad Dreams is released in paperback and on the back cover it's now revealed that it will also contain King's shortstory Cookie Jar.
Here are some great photos from the set of IT by Don Cavaliere. Apparently they are shooting from the 10th through to the 12th so if you happen to see Pennywise around...take a photo!
Amy Wilson visited the set of IT today and got some info for us.
They are supposed to be filming this Thursday and Friday.
They've started building the front porch steps, they've added the basement windows, which look amazingly creepy. There's another section of roof to go up, and the front door is waiting to be installed as well.
Earlier this summer, Stephen King undertook a hectic multi-city tour of America in support of his latest book, End of Watch. But rather than hit the standard, book-tour metropoles, King chose to visit smaller cities offering, in some small way, tribute to the places and characters that make up his impressive oeuvre. Traveling along with King was Scribner’s Katie Monaghan, an “entourage of one,” who offers here her reports from the road, as sent to the mothership in New York.
Here is a report from the set of The Mist from Mark Andrew Perry.
These are for the Bedford PlaceMall in Bedford, Nova Scotia. Filming inside the mall, with regular shopping happening! over 60 extras ! The pharmacy is for the show in the old Target location! Filming expected to go till November!

Here is an interesting article about Stand by Me called ‘Stand by Me’ Oral History: Rob Reiner and Cast on River Phoenix and How Coming-of-Age Classic Almost Didn’t Happen.
And here is a gallery of never seen photos from the filming of the Movie.
Here's Bill Skarsgård's thoughts on playing Pennywise:
It's important that we do something fresh and original for this one. It's purposely not going toward that weird, greasy look.
Tim Curry's performance was truly great, but it's important for me to do something different because of that. I'll never be able to make a Tim Curry performance as good as Tim Curry.
It truly enjoys the shape of the clown Pennywise, and enjoys the game and the hunt. What's funny to this evil entity might not be funny to everyone else. But he thinks it's funny.
Warner Bros. has announced that the original adaptation of IT will hit US Blu-ray on October 4th, and the two disc set will include the mini-series on DVD and Blu-ray. It will also come with a special edition collectible t-shirt that you won’t find anywhere else.
The Blu-ray release will reportedly include the audio commentary from the DVD, which features insights from director Tommy Lee Wallace and actors Dennis Christopher, Tim Reid, John Ritter and Richard Thomas. No word yet on any additional features.
