The first Dark Tower movie only 2½ years away

2 days ago I told you about NBC's plans for The Dark Tower TV series and today it looks like the first movie is just about 2½ years away. From this article I got this:

And Ron Howard's first movie based on Stephen King's The Dark Tower has been scheduled for May 17, 2013.
