Daily Dead reports that Warner will release 11.22.63 on Blu-ray ($39.99), DVD ($29.98) and Digital HD on August 9. It will include a new featurette When the Future Fights Back where King, Abrams, Carpenter and James Franco talk about elements of the production that turned King’s bestselling novel into an event series.
For all of those of you out there who looked for Easter eggs in 11.22.63 here are some of them. I know a few more, do you have anything to add to the list.
Jack says he is Kennedy’s number one fan (Misery)
We see Annette O’Tool in a small part (plays Beverly Marsh. Beverly also appears in the book)
Here are two interviews with King. The first one is fom Radio Times.
“Well,” he laughs, “I’m between [writing projects] now. I’m collaborating on a book with my son Owen,” he says of the younger of his sons (the other, who uses the pen name Joe Hill, is also an author; King and his wife of 45 years, Tabitha, another writer, also have a daughter, Naomi, a church minister). “The book goes back and forth. We’re almost done with it, and I’m not sure what I’m going to do next.
The second one is from The Telegraph.
“You know,” begins the engagingly enthusiastic author, “they say there was a time in the 19th century when 200 people drowned in Baltimore because they crowded a pier, and the pier collapsed. They were waiting for the ship that had the last instalment of one of Dickens’s novels. Now that’s dedication!” he hoots. “You see the same sort of excitement when Breaking Bad or The Sopranos ends. To viewers those people [in the shows] are their friends.”
Today 11.22.63 premiers in the UK and other countries will follow close after. To get in the right mood, check out my interviews with the cast, show runner and Props Master for the show.

Things are closing in on November 22 1963 and Lee is getting a job at the book depository where he is believed to have killed JFK...
I got the chance to speak to Lucy Fry who plays Marina Oswald. We talk about how it was to research a character that exists in real life and learning Russian. Read on to see what she said.
I got the chance to speak to Daniel Webber who plays Lee Harvey Oswald in 11.22.63 and I asked him how he got the part and how hard it was to play someone who actually existed…
I got the chance to speak to the lovely Sadie Dunhill...oh, sorry Sarah Gadon who plays Sadie in 11.22.63 and I asked her where she would go if she could go back in time. Read on to see what she said.
Here is my review of the 4th episode of 11.22.63.

Here is my review of the second episode of 11.22.63.
The episode is as good as the pilot and so far this series really works for me. I sure hope they can keep this up for six more episodes and also turn out a great ending.

After seeing the pilot I’m very optimistic about this series. Seven more episodes to go and if they keep up what the pilot started we’re in for a treat.

Episode 8: TBA (TBA)
2016 is almost here and I think it’s time to see what we have to look forward to.
When it comes to books we have the third and last book in the series about Bill Hodges, End of Watch coming on June 7. Besides that we don’t know about any new books. King has released about two books a year for a while so there might be another one we don’t know about it yet.
When it comes to TV and movies we know that starting February 15 and eight weeks we’ll get to see if Jake Epping saves JFK in the Hulu TV version of 11/22/63. Besides that nothing has been confirmed but my guess is that Cell will be released during 2016. There is a date for the UK release but the studio hasn’t confirmed it yet.
And that is what we know so far. The remake of IT might be ready but they need to hurry if they want to get it out in 2016. Same goes for The Stand.
But while it looks like a “light” King Year there will probably be more things released in 2016, we just don’t know about it yet. I’d also like to remind you that Joe Hill (King’s son) will release his new book The Fireman in May and even though that’s not a Stephen King book I know I will check that one out.
